All our items are PICK UP ONLY, we do not currently deliver.
Please check your purchases ON PICK UP to make sure all the products are in excellent condition. As most of our products are fragile and the manufacturer warranty does not cover the loss or damage in transit as well as improper installation and improper use.
Should any goods be returned due to manufacturing faults the goods must be in their original packages. Please note transport cost cannot be claimed.
Proof of purchase is required for all kind of return, exchange or refund.
Wrongly ordered or unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods subject to the following:
a) We have received prior notification.
b) All goods to be returned or exchanged must always be kept in the original package in original condition.
c) a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
d) After 7 days, products can only be exchanged.
